Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and payments made for Takeoff Suite services. It explains how charges are treated once payment has been processed.
2. No refunds
All charges for Takeoff Suite subscriptions and services are final and non-refundable. Takeoff Suite does not offer refunds for initial purchases, renewals, recurring charges, partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or cancellations.
Where a monthly plan includes a 14 day free trial, canceling before the trial ends prevents the first paid subscription charge. After a trial converts and a paid charge has been processed, the normal no-refund policy applies.
3. Renewals and recurring charges
Subscription renewals and recurring billing charges are also final and non-refundable. To avoid future renewal charges, cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing period.
4. Cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future billing according to the cancellation timing selected in the product, but it does not create any refund, credit, or partial reimbursement for charges that have already been processed.
5. Billing questions
You can cancel your subscription directly from the Settings page in your Takeoff Suite account. Cancellation stops future billing. If you have a billing question, contact help@takeoffsuite.com with your account email and transaction details.
6. Payment processor handling
Payments are processed through our payment provider. Any billing adjustments made only where required by applicable law or to correct a verified billing error will be handled through the original payment method where possible, and timing may vary by payment method and financial institution.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated.
